Lonsdales Fresh Produce -  Refund Policy

Firstly, thank you for shopping at Lonsdale's Fresh Produce.

All produce is visually inspected daily and then at the point of purchase in store to remove any issues before the sale. That said, we do offer refund and/or exchange within the first 24 hours of your purchase, if the 24 hours have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
  • Your item/product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item/product must be in the original packaging (where applicable).

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Partial refunds are granted at our discretion for:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after purchase and/or delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will call or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Late or missing refunds
  • If you have not received a refund after 7 working days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your debit/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

  • If after all of this you still have not received your refund, please contact us via email on info@lonsdalesfreshproduce.com
